Music Fair and Feast returns to Sandy during festival
Music Fair and Feast once again will fill the center of town with delicious aromas of food and the sights and sounds of the Sandy Mountain Festival next week. Live music and food will be within the fenced area of the Centennial Plaza just west of the museum on the corner of Pioneer and Hoffman Ave. The event starts with Thursday’s Family Night from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Admission will be free. After the parade, the group Lip Bomb will play from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
On Friday from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. admission will be $10 or $2 off with a coupon from Sandy Les Schwab Tires. Chris Carpenter & The Collective will perform from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Countryside Ride will entertain from 9 p.m. to 12 midnight.
Saturday is Family Day, with free admission from 12 noon until 5 p.m. Family activities are planned from noon to 3 p.m., including bingo at 1:30 p.m.
After 5 p.m. there will be a $10 cover. Stump City Soul performance sounds from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Quick and Easy Boys will play from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Hit Machine will finish the evening from 9 p.m. until midnight.
